Raspberry Puree

Ingredients
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Burgundy wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Fresh raspberries 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), pureed and strained
Directions

In a large saucepan, combine all the ingredients.
Bring to a simmer and cook for 3 minutes.
Strain through a fine-meshed sieve.
Cover and refrigerate until needed.
