|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Burgundy wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Fresh raspberries||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), pureed and strained|
In a large saucepan, combine all the ingredients.
Bring to a simmer and cook for 3 minutes.
Strain through a fine-meshed sieve.
Cover and refrigerate until needed.
