Miso Tahini Sauce
|Onion||1 Small, chopped|
|Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Tahini||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Boiling water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
In a small skillet, saute onion in vegetable oil until lightly browned.
Add tahini. Cook and stir for a few minutes until tahini gives off a roasted aroma.
Remove from heat. Stir in miso to taste. Add 3/4 cup water and mix well. Add additional water, as needed, to make a smooth sauce.
