Simple Tahini Sauce

A popular middle eastern sauce made out of sesame paste
Ingredients
  Tahini/Tehina 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Sesame Seed Paste)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), chopped
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Preparation:
Mix together with a whisk, the Tahini paste the Lemon Juice, Garlic salt and olive oil.
Add water and keep whisking until you get to the thickness you like.
Add the parsley and whisk well.
Garnish with fresh parsley and Serve with Pita bread.
