|Cooked broad egg noodles/Elbow macaroni||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Grated swiss gruyere cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Grated fontina cheese/Gouda cheese||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|18% cream||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
Drain freshly cooked noodles and while still hot, stir in remaining ingredients.
Scrape into a shallow 1 quart bake dish and cover.
Bake at 375F for 15 minutes.
Uncover and bake until brown, about 10 minutes longer.
