Ingredients
  Cooked broad egg noodles/Elbow macaroni 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Grated swiss gruyere cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated parmesan 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Grated fontina cheese/Gouda cheese 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  18% cream 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Drain freshly cooked noodles and while still hot, stir in remaining ingredients.
Scrape into a shallow 1 quart bake dish and cover.
Bake at 375F for 15 minutes.
Uncover and bake until brown, about 10 minutes longer.
