|Carrots||1 1⁄2 Pound, scraped and sliced|
|Skim milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Light fromage blanc||3 Tablespoon|
|Minced fresh chives||2 Teaspoon|
|Ground white pepper||1 Dash|
Place carrots in a medium saucepan; add water to cover.
Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes or until carrots arerender.
Place carrots, milk, and remaining ingredients in container of an electric blender or food processor; top with cover, and process until smooth.
Return carrot puree to saucepan,- cook over low heat until thoroughly heated.
