Tahini Sauce

Ingredients
  Plain non-fat yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sesame seed paste 2 Tablespoon (Commercial Tahini)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Ground red pepper 1 Dash
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl; stir with a wire whisk until well blended.
Cover and chill.
