Ingredients
  Sesame tahini 8 Ounce
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Fresh lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic cloves 3 Large, mashed
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Tahini (also spelled tehina) is a ground, hulled sesame-seed paste sold in cans in some markets and most health food stores.
Place all ingredients in a bowl, blender, or food processor.
Mix until well combined.
The end result should be a sauce with the consistency of a thick mayonnaise.
