Paprika Pasta

Paprika pasta is a spicy pasta dish made with cooked pasta and a paprika sauce. Besides paprika, the sauce contains various other ingredients like olive oil, garlic, onions, tomatoes, flavoring herbs, seasonings and cheese. What is Paprika?

Paprika is the term for dried and ground form of Capsicum annum fruits such as chili peppers or bell peppers. It is used as a spice for adding flavor to various dishes. The heat or spiciness of paprika may vary from mild to hot, depending upon the variety of peppers used to prepare it.
