  Shrimp in shell 2 Pound
  Reduced sodium soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Sesame oil 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic cloves 2 Large, minced
  Dry sherry 6 Tablespoon
  Celery stalks 4 Large, finely cut
  Minced fresh ginger 2 Teaspoon
  Lean ground pork 1⁄2 Pound
  Hot sesame oil 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Thinly sliced scallions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Angel hair pasta 1⁄2 Pound
  Beef stock 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)

Peel shrimp and cut in half.
Heat sesame oil; cook garlic and celery until soft.
Add pork and scallions and cook until pork is brown.
Add shrimp, stock, soy sauce, sherry, ginger and hot sesame oil and stir.
Freeze in portions suitable for your family's use.
