Shrimp Sesame With Angel Hair Pasta

|Reduced sodium soy sauce||3 Tablespoon|
|Sesame oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic cloves||2 Large, minced|
|Dry sherry||6 Tablespoon|
|Celery stalks||4 Large, finely cut|
|Minced fresh ginger||2 Teaspoon|
|Lean ground pork||1⁄2 Pound|
|Hot sesame oil||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Thinly sliced scallions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Angel hair pasta||1⁄2 Pound|

Peel shrimp and cut in half.
Heat sesame oil; cook garlic and celery until soft.
Add pork and scallions and cook until pork is brown.
Add shrimp, stock, soy sauce, sherry, ginger and hot sesame oil and stir.
