Fettucine Con Frutti Di Mare's picture

  Oil 4 Tablespoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , sliced thinly
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), chopped
  Crab meat/Lobster meat 4 Ounce
  Baby shrimp 4 Ounce
  Cuttlefish/Squid 4 Ounce, cooked and sliced
  Baby clams 12 , cooked (Cooked)
  Tomato 1 , peeled and chopped
  Tomato paste 2 Tablespoon
  White wine 4 Ounce
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Pinch
  Fettuccine 1 Pound, cooked, drained
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Chili peppers 1 Pinch

Heat oil and butter in a frying pan and cook onion and garlic for 5 minutes.
Add fish and cook 5 minutes.
Add tomato, tomato paste, wine, salt, and pepper, and simmer 12 minutes.
Toss sauce with cooked fettucine, and serve with parsley, grated cheese and chili peppers on top.
