Fettuccine In White Sauce

Ingredients
  Soft butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Whipping cream/Half and half 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Medium egg noodles 1 Pound, cooked, drained, and seasoned
  Shredded parmesan cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ground pepper To Taste
  Ground nutmeg To Taste
Directions

Melt butter or margarine in blazer pan of chafing dish over direct high flame.
Stir in cream or half and half; heat until bubbly to center of pan.
Add noodles; sprinkle with cheese and toss lightly.
Sprinkle with pepper and nutmeg.
