Fettuccine Verde Del Capitano
|Green onions||2 , chopped|
|Smoked salmon||4 Ounce, chopped|
|White wine||4 Ounce|
|Chicken stock||4 Ounce|
|Heavy cream||6 Ounce|
|Green fettuccine||1 Pound, cooked, drained|
|Parsley||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Parmesan cheese||4 Ounce, grated|
Heat oil and butter in a large frying pan, and cook onions for 5 minutes.
Add the smoked salmon and cook for a few minutes more, then stir in liquids and seasonings, and cook until sauce has reduced by half.
Toss with cooked pasta, then top with parsley and grated cheese.
