Spaghetti Beef And Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
  Onions 2 Large
  Stalk celery 1
  Parsley 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Sausage 1⁄2 Pound
  Ground beef 2 Pound
  Tomatoes 3 Can (30 oz) (3 Large Cans)
  Canned tomato paste 4 Ounce (1 Small Can)
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Poultry seasoning 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Bay leaves 3
  Fresh mushrooms/2 cup canned mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound, sauteed
  Soda 1 Pinch
Directions

Chop onions, celery, parsley and cloves thoroughly; in large iron pot, brown mixture in small amount of oil.
In smaller pot, brown sausage and ground beef; add to vegetable mixture.
Add tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, thyme, poultry seasoning, paprika, bay leaves and salt and pepper.
Simmer, uncovered, for 1 hour.
Cover; simmer until right consistency, about 2 hours longer.
Add mushrooms.
Cool sauce; add pinch of soda.
Serve over spaghetti
