|Onion||1 , chopped|
|Celery stalk||2 , chopped|
|White of leek||1 , chopped|
|Carrots||2 , diced|
|Beef||6 Ounce, diced|
|Beef stock||1 Quart (Or Consomme)|
|Tomato paste||1 Tablespoon|
|Orzo pasta||1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked and drained|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
Heat oil in a large pot and add onion, celery, leek, carrots and meat.
Cook and stir for 5 minutes or until meat is browned.
Add stock, tomato paste, salt and pepper, and cook for 10 minutes.
Add pasta and parsley and cook for 5 minutes more.
Check seasonings and serve immediately.
