Ingredients
  Water 7 Cup (112 tbs)
  Beef stock 7 Cup (112 tbs)
  Dry white wine/Vermouth 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tomato paste 3 Tablespoon
  Bay leaf 1
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Frozen ravioli 250 Gram (30 Pieces)
  Freshly grated parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Place stock, wine or vermouth, tomato paste and bay leaf in a large saucepan and blend together. Heat until soup boils, taste, and season with salt and pepper. Add ravioli to pot and simmer until tender, about 20 minutes. Remove bay leaf and ladle soup into bowls. Sprinkle with a little grated parmesan cheese and serve extra parmesan
