Sweet Dessert Manicotti
|Water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|All purpose flour/Unbleached flour||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Soft butter||1 Tablespoon|
Beat eggs in a medium bowl.
Add water, sugar and salt.
Blend in flour.
Heat a 6 inch crepe pan or skillet over medium high heat.
Lightly brush pan with butter.
Pour 2 tablespoons batter in center of pan.
Tilt quickly to coat bottom of pan evenly.
Cook about 35 to 45 seconds or until crepe is dry and firm in the center.
Crepes should be golden brown.
Turn and cook until second side is golden brown.
Remove and stack between waxed paper.
Brush pan with butter after each crepe.
Repeat until all crepes are made.
