Ingredients
  Spaghetti 3⁄4 Pound
  Butter 3 Teaspoon
  Heavy cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg yolks 3
  Grated parmesan cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound, sliced and sauteed
  Bacon 1⁄2 Pound, diced and fried
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1 Dash
Directions

Ahead of time satue mushrooms, fry bacon, mix together.
Start spaghetti cooking.
Warm casserole dish and dinner plates.
Beat together in bowl, heavy cream and egg yolks (use electric beater for 1 minute).
In a small pot melt butter, gradually so it doesn't curdle, add heavy cream and egg mixture, 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder and parsley.
Simmer briefly.
When spaghetti is cooked, put in warmed casserole dish, quickly add mushrooms, bacon and cream mixture.
Stir, then add rest of parmesan cheese.
Serve immediately.
