Fettuccine Alfredo

Ingredients
  Green noodles 1 Pound
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh basil 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
Directions

Cook noodles in boiling salted water until just tender; drain.
I In a chafing dish, heat olive oil, basil, and garlic.
Toss the noodles in hot oil with a fork until they are very hot.
Sprinkle generously with grated Parmesan cheese, adding a generoiis piece of butter, and toss again a moment before serving
