Fettuccine Shrimp Alfredo
|Broccoli florets||1 Cup (16 tbs) (From 1/2 Head Broccoli)|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce, cubed|
|Shredded parmesan cheese||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 Stick)|
|Shrimp||25 Medium, peeled, cooked|
|Fettuccine||6 Ounce, cooked, drained|
Combine the broccoli and a small amount of water in a microwave safe bowl.
Microwave on High, covered, for 4 minutes; drain.
Combine the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, milk and margarine in a large saucepan over low heat.
Cook until melted and smooth, stirring frequently.
Add the broccoli, shrimp and fettuccini; toss to combine.
