Ground Beef Pasta Sauce
|Egg noodles||375 Gram (1 Package)|
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Onion||1 , chopped|
|Mushroom pieces||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Tomato soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Cream cheese||250 Gram (Room Temperature)|
|Worcestershire sauce||To Taste|
Easy and delicious.
This recipe was given to me with layered casserole directions.
I have adapted it for fast stove-top preparations.
You need 2 pots.
In one pot, boil water and cook pasta following directions on package; drain.
In other pot, brown ground beef and onion and drain.
Stir in cream cheese, mixing it in well.
Add tomato soup and mushrooms; stir well.
Don't let it boil.
Add Worcestershire sauce to taste.
Mix contents of both pots together or serve pasta with sauce as topping.
