Fettuccine With Blue Cheese Sauce
|Onion||1 Medium, diced|
|Blue vein cheese||125 Gram|
|Cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped walnuts||2 Tablespoon|
|Dry white wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Egg yolks||2 , lightly beaten|
|Parsley||1 Tablespoon, finely chopped|
Place fettuccine in large container; cover with hot water.
Cook for 10-12 minutes on HIGH or until tender.
Combine butter, onion and cheese; cook for 2 minutes on HIGH or until cheese melts.
Gradually stir in cream, walnuts, wine 4- Cook for 2 minuutes o n high stirring twice during cooking stir in parsley
Pour sauce over fettuccine.
