Fettuccine With Blue Cheese Sauce

This fettucine recipe with blue cheese sauce is made with fettucine pasta cooked with white wine and blue cheese. Prepared with butter, onion and cheese cooked together and stirred with added cream wine and walnuts with parsley, the fettucine is served hot with the sauce poured over it. Adapted from Sharp Microwave and Convection Cookbook.
Ingredients
  Fettuccine 250 Gram
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Medium, diced
  Blue vein cheese 125 Gram
  Cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped walnuts 2 Tablespoon
  Dry white wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg yolks 2 , lightly beaten
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
Directions

Place fettuccine in large container; cover with hot water.
Cook for 10-12 minutes on HIGH or until tender.
Drain.
Combine butter, onion and cheese; cook for 2 minutes on HIGH or until cheese melts.
Gradually stir in cream, walnuts, wine 4- Cook for 2 minuutes o n high stirring twice during cooking stir in parsley
Pour sauce over fettuccine.
Serve hot
