Fettuccine Alfredo With Parmesan Cheese
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Light cream/Whipping cream||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (At Room Temperature)|
|Margarine/Butter||3 Tablespoon (At Room Temperature)|
|Cracked black pepper||To Taste|
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Return pasta to the hot kettle or Dutch oven.
Add Parmesan cheese, light cream or whipping cream, and margarine or butter.
Toss gently till pasta is well coated.
Transfer to a warm serving dish.
Sprinkle with pepper.
