Fettuccine Supremo

Ingredients
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Shrimp 1⁄2 Pound, unpeeled (Small Sized)
  Shredded carrots 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Uncooked fettuccine 6 Ounce
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sour cream 8 Ounce (One Carton, Use Any Commercial Brand)
  Ground pepper To Taste
Directions

Bring water to a boil, add shrimp, and cook 3 to 5 minutes.
Drain well, rinse with cold water.
Chill.
Peel and devein shrimp, set aside.
Steam carrots over boiling water 5 minutes, set aside.
Cook fettuccine according to package directions, drain.
Add butter, stirring until melted.
Stir in sour cream, carrots, and shrimp, spoon into serving dish.
Sprinkle with pepper, serve immediately.
