|Water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Shrimp||1⁄2 Pound, unpeeled (Small Sized)|
|Shredded carrots||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Uncooked fettuccine||6 Ounce|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sour cream||8 Ounce (One Carton, Use Any Commercial Brand)|
|Ground pepper||To Taste|
Bring water to a boil, add shrimp, and cook 3 to 5 minutes.
Drain well, rinse with cold water.
Peel and devein shrimp, set aside.
Steam carrots over boiling water 5 minutes, set aside.
Cook fettuccine according to package directions, drain.
Add butter, stirring until melted.
Stir in sour cream, carrots, and shrimp, spoon into serving dish.
Sprinkle with pepper, serve immediately.
