|Rotelli pasta||2 Pound, cooked and drained (Multi Colored)|
|Smoked oysters||7 1⁄2 Ounce (Bumble Bee)|
|Canned salmon||15 Ounce (Bumble Bee Pink Or Red)|
|White tuna||12 1⁄2 Ounce (Bumble Bee Sold Or Chunk)|
|Whole oysters||8 Ounce, drained (Bumble Bee)|
|Pepper||2 Small, julienned (Red And Green Colored)|
|Cucumber||1⁄2 , peeled, quartered and sliced 0.25 inch thick|
|Sliced ripe olives||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Minced parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Capers||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Light cream cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Low calorie vinaigrette dressing||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Green leaf lettuce||5 Medium|
Prepare and measure all ingredients.
Whisk softened cheese with vinaigrette.
Fold ingredients into mixture and chill.
Layer serving dish with lettuce leaves and spoon salad mixture on top.
Garnish with lemon wedges.
