|Smoked oysters||7 1⁄2 Ounce (Bumble Bee)|
|Canned salmon||15 Ounce (Bumble Bee Pink Or Red)|
|White tuna||12 1⁄2 Ounce (Bumble Bee Sold Or Chunk)|
|Whole oysters||8 Ounce, drained (Bumble Bee)|
|Pepper||2 Small, julienned (Red And Green Colored)|
|Cucumber||1⁄2 , peeled, quartered and sliced 0.25 inch thick|
|Sliced ripe olives||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Minced parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Capers||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Light cream cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Low calorie vinaigrette dressing||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Green leaf lettuce||5 Medium|
Prepare and measure all ingredients.
Whisk softened cheese with vinaigrette.
