|Vegetable oil||1 Teaspoon|
|Broccoli flowerets||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Shredded swiss cheese||2 Ounce|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic powder||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Dried whole thyme||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground nutmeg||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
Cook vermicelli according to package directions, omitting salt; drain.
Toss with oil in a large bowl, and keep warm.
Cook broccoli and onion, covered, in a small amount of boiling water 5 minutes or until crisp.
Add broccoli, onion, cheese, salt, garlic powder, rhyme, and nutmeg to reserved vermicelli.
Toss gently until cheese melts.
Transfer to a serving bowl, and serve immediately.
