Quick Tuna Penne

It can be made so quick and easy that you’ll hardly spend any time in your kitchen. Plus the added bonus is that all the ingredients can be bought well ahead of time and kept in the pantry (thus the name!) waiting for that day for you to make this d’lishes dish quick and easy!
Ingredients
  Whole wheat penne pasta 1⁄2 Pound
  Extra virgin olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic cloves 8 , chopped
  Capers 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Anchovies 3 , minced
  Kalamata olives 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Cherry tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs), quartered
  Basil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced
  Albacore tuna in water 1 Can (10 oz)
  Black pepper To Taste
Directions

·1) First cook pasta according to the box (salt in your water is optional).
·2) Heat olive oil in a large pan and sauté garlic. Once garlic is fragrant add capers, anchovies, olives and tomatoes.
·3) Once tomatoes begin to break down (about seven minutes) add cooked penne pasta, basil, tuna and pepper and toss everything together. Plate and enjoy, you’re gonna love this Quickbites!!
