|Creamy milk||3 2⁄3 Cup (58.67 tbs)|
|Saffron strands||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Green cardamom powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1)In a saucepan, boil milk and add sugar. Let it cook in medium heat until thick and reduced to half.
2)Take a serving dish and put soutpheni in it and pour the milk over it.
3)Sprinkle remaining ingredients. Chill.
4)Decorate the dish with silver foil and serve chilled.
