Fresh Tomato Sauce For Pasta

Ingredients
  Ripe tomatoes 3 Large
  Butter/Olive oil 15 Milliliter
  Sugar 5 Milliliter
  Basil 15 Milliliter
  Fine noodles/Star pasta 500 Milliliter
Directions

Cut the unpeeled tomatoes into 6 to 8 pieces and mash.
Place in a Pyrex or Corning dish.
Microwave at HIGH 8 to 10 minutes, or until sauce has thickened, stirring two or three times during the cooking period.
The texture should be like that of a thick but creamy sauce.
Add the remaining ingredients, except the pasta and salt.
Stir until creamy.
Microwave the fine noodles or star pasta according to Pasta Cooking Chart.
Add the tomato sauce and salt.
Stir well.
Serve or warm later at MEDIUM for 3 or 4 minutes.
