Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), minced
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Tofu 1 Pound, mashed well with a fork
  Tomato sauce 15 Ounce
  Canned tomatoes 28 Ounce
  Bay leaf 1
  Italian seasoning/1/2 tsp each oregano, basil and thyme 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Bouillon 1 Tablespoon (Beef Flavored)
  Sliced mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
Directions

MIX all ingredients and Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 30 minutes. Stir frequently.
serve.
