Angel Hair with Roasted Chicken and Bacon

Great Everyday Meals: Johanna M. Cook of Momma Cuisine prepares a simple pasta dish using bacon, chicken, and cherry tomatoes. Perfect for a busy weeknight or get-together with friends and family.
Ingredients
  Angel hair pasta 1 Pound, cooked, drained
  Bacon 1 Pound, diced into large chunks
  Cooked chicken breasts 2 Medium, diced (organic rotisserie chicken)
  Cherry tomatoes 1 Pint, halved
  Parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped finely
  Parmesan cheese 6 Ounce, shredded
  Extra virgin olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Cook the angel hair in boiling, salted water for 12-15 minutes or until al dente.
2. Drain the pasta and place in a large bowl.

MAKING
3. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil and 2 teaspoon of kosher salt over the pasta.
4. Toss in the tomatoes, parmesan cheese and parsley. Then, toss in the bacon and chicken.

SERVING
5. Garnish the dish with parsley and parmesan cheese and serve with tomatoes, foccacia bread or French baguette.
