|Garlic||4 Clove (20 gm), finely chopped|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Fresh basil||1 Teaspoon|
|Corn starch||2 Drop|
|Parmesan cheese||1 Dash|
1.In a pot, cook the pasta as per instructions.
2.On a saute pan, pour some oil and saute the zucchini, porcini, onion and garlic.
3.In a frying pan on medium high heat, pour a little oil, fry the chicken fillets and squeeze fresh lemon juice over it, let it simmer for 3 minutes.
4.Add fresh basil and thyme and little bit of corn starch mixed with water.
5.Garnish with parmesan cheese.
6.Plate the cooked pasta and serve the sauteed veggies next to it while the lemon basil chicken over it and garnish with as much cheese as you like.
