Fresh Tomato & Basil Pasta

There's no better way to showcase Summer's abundant tomatoes, fragrant fresh basil, and garlic than with this wonderful recipe made with Angel Hair pasta. It is summer on a plate!
Ingredients
  Angel hair pasta 13 1⁄4 Ounce
  Water 1 Gallon
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh tomatoes 5 Cup (80 tbs), chopped
  Fresh basil leaves 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped finely
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), chopped finely
  Regular salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cracked black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon, shredded (Optional) (Optional)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a large pot cook the pasta with water.
2. Once cone drain; return to pan toss with 1 tablespoon oil and keep it aside.

MAKING
3. Meanwhile, in large bowl, toss together tomatoes, basil, garlic and remaining 1 tablespoon oil.
4. Add salt and pepper as desired.

FINALIZING
5. Arrange pasta on plate and top it with the tomato mixture.

SERVING
6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve with crusty Italian bread.

NOTE
Use fresh, firm, ripe tomatoes. Could include heirlooms, grape, cherry, etc.
