1. In a pot, boil water and add 1 tablespoon of salt.
2. Add the pasta and cook.
3. Drain the water.
3. In a skillet, heat olive oil.
4. Add minced cloves and stir.
5. Add chopped tomatoes to the skillet and stir.
6. Add oregano and cook for tomatoes for 5-7 minutes.
7. Add the cubed brie cheese chunks, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and pepper and let the cheese melt.
8. Add the cooked pasta into the tomato and brie sauce.
