1.In a pan put butter and olive oil and sauté chopped garlic.
2.Add the broccoli and mushrooms and cook for 3-4 minute.
3.Add salt & peppers once vegetables are cooked add the cream to it.
4.Add 1 cup cheese at a time giving 1 minute interval between each cup.
5.Gently keep stirring so that the sauce does not burn simmer on low heat.
6.Next add the crab meat and cooked shrimp to the sauce and cook for further 2 minute.
7.Add the provolone cheese and stir well until all cheese is melted
8.In another pot boil water and cook the paste for 10-12 minute and drain.
9.Finally mix the cooked pasta into the sauce and mix them well for 1 minute.
10.Serve the pasta along with a small salad or crusty bread.
Incase you do not have Provolone Cheese you can substitute it with Velveeta Cheese.
