Epic Healthy Pomodoro Sauce!

This classic sauce serves 4 people, and it will get you away from using the store bought Pomodoro Sauce, Marinara Sauce, or Arrabiata Sauce. The Store bought stuff typically has lots of preservatives, sodium, oil, sugar, or even High Fructose Corn Syrup. This Home made option is much healthier for you and has all fresh, real ingredients in it. This is an important step to take if you are trying to make healthy choices with your food / eating.
Ingredients
  Tomatoes 15 , chop
  Garlic cloves 5 Large, chop
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Basil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chop
  Ground pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sea salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Italian seasoning 1 Teaspoon
  Crushed red pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a pan, add the olive oil and chopped garlic cloves and sauté until toasty and brown.
2. Add the tomatoes and saute.
3. Next, add the basil and the ground pepper, sea salt, pregano, italian seasoning and crushed red pepper. Let this mix simmer for half an hour or until the water is steamed off.

SERVING
4. Serve with pasta of your choice.
