Pasta Shells With Broccoli Rabe

Ingredients
  Olive oil 6 Tablespoon
  Red pepper flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic cloves 2 Medium, minced
  Broccoli rabe 2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped finely
  Pasta shells 4 Ounce
  Pecorino cheese 2 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Chop the broccoli rabe.

MAKING
2.Boil pasta in boiling salted water until cooked Al Dante. When cooked, drain, reserving some of the pasta liquid.
3.In a saute pan heat olive oil. Add pepper flakes and garlic to it.
4.Now drop the boiled pasta and broccoli rabe into the pan.
5. Saute for 2 minutes on high flame till the pasta water evaporates and pasta absorbs all the flavor.
6.Sprinkle some cheese on top and stir.

SERVING
7.Serve hot accompanied with bread if you like and some additional cheese to sprinkle on top.
