Pasta Salad

June the Homemaker teaches you to make delicious pasta salad in the face of IMPENDING DOOM!
Ingredients
  Elbow macaroni 16 Ounce, boiled and cooled (1 pack)
  Celery sticks 6 Medium, chopped into bite sized pieces
  Red bell pepper 1 Large, chopped into bite sized pieces
  Yellow bell pepper 1 Large, chopped into bite sized pieces
  Orange bell pepper 1 Large, chopped into bite sized pieces
  Tomato 1 Large
  Baby spinach 2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped
  Romano cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Olive oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Red wine vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Balsamic vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Red pepper 1 Dash
  Dried oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Dried basil 1 Teaspoon
  Fennel 1 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1 Teaspoon
  Rosemary 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Cook the pasta as per the directions on the pack and cool it.

MAKING
2. Chop the celery, red, orange and yellow peppers,tomato and spinach.
3. In a large mixing bowl, take the pasta and mix in the veggies.
4. Sprinkle the Romano cheese on top.
5. For the dressing,pour in the olive oil in a cup.
5. Add the red wine and the balsamic vinegar.
6. Season with salt and pepper and add the oregano, basil, thyme, fennel and rosemary. Give it a stir.
7. Pour on the dressing on the pasta and the vegetables mix. Mix well.
8. Sprinkle the chopped parsley.

SERVING
8. Serve chilled.
