1) Take 6 slices of smoked bacon or pancetta and cut into large chunks.
2) Take 1/2 pound of spaghetti pasta in a bowl.
3) Take 3 egg yolks in a separate bowl and beat them. Add little pasta water to the egg and mix them.
4) Add a cup of parmesan cheese to the beaten egg,
5) Add this egg mixture to the pasta and mix them.
6) Add 1 teaspoon kosher salt to the pasta, and add the bacon chunks.
7) Add some cheese, parsley, and mix them.
