Spaghetti Sauce From Italy

Ingredients
  Green pepper 1 Small
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tomato sauce 1 Can (10 oz)
  Whole tomatoes 1 Can (10 oz)
  Oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 1 Teaspoon
  Italian seasoning 1 Teaspoon
  Cooked spaghetti 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Brown beef, onion and green pepper in Dutch oven.
Add 2 cups water and all remaining ingredients except spaghetti and cheese; simmer for 3 hours, adding water occasionally as needed.
Cook down to thick sauce.
Mix spaghetti with sauce; let stand for 20 minutes before serving.
Top with cheese.
