|Vermicelli||7 Ounce (1 package)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), grated|
|Fresh parsley||3 , chopped (as required)|
|Lemon twists||2 Tablespoon (as required)|
1)In a saucepan mix milk , butter and cook till butter melts, keeping it aside.
2)Place cooked vermicelli in a bowl and sprinkle some lemon juice in it.
3)Further add parmesan cheese and milk mixture in the bowl, tossing it well.
4)Garnish lemon vermicelli with parsley and lemon twists.
5)Serve this mouth-watering lemon vermicelli with some soft drinks.
