Homemade Pasta Alla Checca Part One

Who says it has to take three hours to make a pasta sauce? I've got a recipe for a tasty pasta sauce that only takes 15 minutes. It's called Alla Checca (pronounced Kay-kuh in Italian) and if you like fresh tomatoes, you're going to love this sauce. And if you don't like fresh tomatoes, it may just change your mind.
  Roma tomatoes 6 , seeded and julienned
  Garlic cloves 3 , finely minced
  Extra virgin olive oil 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Balsamic vinegar 2 Teaspoon
  Kosher salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Basil leaves 4 , torn (For Garnish)
  Grated reggiano parmigiano 1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)

Put tomatoes in a bowl.
Add garlic to the bowl.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add balsamic vinegar.
Add extra-virgin olive oil to the bowl.
Mix them well. Let them sit for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese. Mix them well.
Garnish with basil leaves.
