Chinese Beef And Vermicelli Noodles

Ingredients
  Fresh ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon, minced
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Light soy sauce 4 Teaspoon
  Dry sherry 4 Teaspoon
  Ground beef 1⁄2 Pound
  Frozen peas 7 1⁄2 Ounce (3/4Th Of A Package)
  Scallions 2 Large
  Chinese vermicelli/Italian vermicelli 4 Ounce
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Using the knife, mince the ginger and the garlic well
2) Into a skillet, mix together the soy sauce, sherry, ginger and garlic
3) Add in the meat and allow to sit in the marinade
4) Fry the meat till cooked through
5) Add in the peas just when finishing off the meat
6) Using a knife, cut the scallions and keep aside
7) In the meanwhile, bring to boil a pot of hot water
8) Pour the water over the vermicelli if using Chinese Vermicelli and allow to soak
9) Drain the vermicelli into a colander and its ready to be served
10) Alternatively into a frying pan, cook the vermicelli if using Italian Vermicelli over high heat for about 3 minutes till cooked
and then drain
11) Stir in the vermicelli with the meat and top with the scallions

SERVING
12) Serve the vermicelli, over a flat dish mixed with the meat mixture hot
