Whole Wheat Pasta with Caraway Seeds
|Whole wheat pasta||4 Ounce (2 Cups)|
|Caraway seeds||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Grated sharp cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Such As Parmesan Or Cheddar)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
1)Boil 3 quarts of salted water in a covered pot.
2)Add pasta and stir and cook for 10 minutes and till it is tender.
3)Grate cheese and drain pasta; stir in caraway seeds.
4)Season with salt and pepper.
5)Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
