Microwave Chicken Tetrazzini
|Chicken||2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped and cooked|
|Spaghetti||4 Ounce, broken up|
|Frozen peas||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Condensed cream of mushroom soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Light cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), grated|
|Bread crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. In a microwave oven, place glass casserole and add chicken, spaghetti, frozen peas, condensed consomme, light cream, and garlic powder. Cover and cook on a setting of REHEAT (8) for about 10 minutes until the mixture turns hot. Stir the tetrazzini once during the cooking time.
2. Serve chicken tetrazzini hot after garnishing with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese over pasta or spaghetti.
