America Peppers Penne
|Penne pasta||1 Pound, boiled al dente|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Red bell pepper||1 , cored, seeded and cut into strips|
|Green bell pepper||1 , cored, seeded and cut into strips|
|Orange bell pepper||1 , cored, seeded and cut into strips|
|Pasta sauce||26 Ounce (1 jar)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
1. In a medium sized skillet, heat oil.
2. Add peppers and sautÃ© on a medium flame for 1 minute, while stirring continuously.
3. Add pasta sauce, mix well and cook on a low flame for 5 minutes.
4. Remove and keep aside.
5. In a large pasta platter, place cooked penne pasta and top with prepared sauce and cheese. Serve hot.
