Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
  Ground beef 4 Pound
  Onion 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), chopped
  Crisco 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned tomatoes 64 Ounce (4 Cans Of 16 Ounce Each)
  Tomato sauce 32 Ounce (4 Cans Of 8 Ounce Each)
  Canned tomato paste 24 Ounce (4 Cans Of 6 Ounce Each)
  Canned mushrooms 16 Ounce, sliced (4 Cans Of 4 Ounce Each)
  Salt 2 Tablespoon
  Dried oregano 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Dried basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), minced
  Cheddar cheese 16 Ounce, shredded (4 Cups)
  Spaghetti 4 Pound, cooked
Directions

MAKING
1 In a large saucepan, heat crisco.
2 Add beef and onion and cook until browned.
3 Add in the remaining ingredients except cheese and spaghetti.
4 Cook, covered over moderate heat for about 1 hour.
5 Stir in cheese and heat until melted.

SERVING
6 Serve meat sauce over hot cooked spaghetti.
