Zucchini-Mushroom Pasta Recipe

Ingredients
  Zucchini 1 , cut into cubes
  Mushroom 200 Gram, cut into cubes
  Garlic cloves 5 , finely chopped
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Red wine and onion sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Red chili pepper 1 , finely chopped
  Cooked spaghetti 100 Gram, drained
  Salt and pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. In a skillet, heat olive oil, add zucchini, mushrooms and garlic. Sprinkle Salt & Pepper Blend and the Red Wine Onion sauce, stir fry for 2 minutes.

SERVING
2. In a serving bowl, place the pasta and pour the prepared sauce over it. Garnish with tuscan blend and your choice of cheese.
