Zucchini-Mushroom Pasta Recipe
|Zucchini||1 , cut into cubes|
|Mushroom||200 Gram, cut into cubes|
|Garlic cloves||5 , finely chopped|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Red wine and onion sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Red chili pepper||1 , finely chopped|
|Cooked spaghetti||100 Gram, drained|
|Salt and pepper||To Taste|
1. In a skillet, heat olive oil, add zucchini, mushrooms and garlic. Sprinkle Salt & Pepper Blend and the Red Wine Onion sauce, stir fry for 2 minutes.
2. In a serving bowl, place the pasta and pour the prepared sauce over it. Garnish with tuscan blend and your choice of cheese.
