Spicy Sausage With Pasta

Ingredients
  Spaghetti 12 Ounce
  Hot pork sausage 12 Ounce, crumbled (1 Package)
  Chopped green pepper 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Finely chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Spaghetti sauce 28 Ounce (1 Jar)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a saucepan, combine crumbled sausage, onion, green pepper and garlic; cook over medium heat until sausage is browned; drain off fat.
2. Add the spaghetti sauce; bring to a simmer and cook for about 10 minutes to blend flavors and mix well.
3. Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain.

SERVING
4. In a large serving platter, arrange the spaghetti and serve the mixture over the spaghetti.

TIP
To cook pasta properly, use plenty of water. A too-small pot and too little water encourage the pasta to clump and stick together, thus cooking unevenly. Using plenty of water helps to prevent pasta from sticking together by quickly washing away the exuded starch.
