Ingredients
  Rotini pasta/Other pasta 8 Ounce
  Boiling water 2 1⁄2 Quart
  Cooking oil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  All-purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Broken up canned tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Flaked tuna 7 Ounce, drained
  Grated medium cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In uncovered Dutch oven boil water. Cook rotini, cooking oil and first amount of salt for about 10 to 13 minutes.
2) Drain out from water.
3) In a large saucepan melt butter.
4) Stir in flour and milk. Mix together.
5) Stir until boiling.
6) Mix the remaining ingredients along with pasta.
7) Mix and heat thoroughly.

SER VING
8) Serve hot.
