Italian Pasta With Clam Sauce
|Linguine||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Garlic bulb||1 , chopped|
|Parsley||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), chopped|
|Olive oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Curry powder||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Tomato sauce||200 Gram|
Freeze clams in freezer for 45 minutes.
Put olive oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
Add garlic to the pan. Add parsley to the browned garlic.
Lower the heat.
Remove shells of the clams.
Cut up the clams. Put these in a bowl.
Add the clams to the garlic-parsley mixture.
Add curry powder to the pan, stir well.
Add tomato sauce to the pan, stir well.
Cover the pan with a lid.
Simmer for sometime.
Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package direction.
Pour pasta in a bowl.
Add clam sauce to the pasta.
Serve in a plate.
